Job Description

  • 负责店铺日常管理和销售工作;


  • 对展厅员工的日常行为规范进行管理,包括对员工日常工作进行监督和管理,安排排班计划(休息,晨/夕会,中午值班等);


  • 根据导购的销售状况和工作状态,对导购的能力做综合评估, 实施淘汰机制;


  • 协助导购进行店内的销售接待工作, 纠正导购的不良行为;安排导购在门口轮流迎客,并督促迎宾导购使用欢迎语;


  • 按照公司的价格政策制订销售计划; 收集竞品信息、市场销售动向、制定适应任务完成的策略, 配合市场部制定合理的促销方案,报上级领导批准后执行;


  • 坚决执行公司制定的价格政策,特殊情况如需调整价格需经上级领导批准后方可执行;及时更换促销标签做到严格与政策时间同步;


  • 安全管理,对门窗、电器、设备等进行检查,保证所有设备能正常运行,消除安全隐患;


  • 维护产品摆放陈列的效果,保持展厅整洁和美观;

  • 与财务部对清账目, 做到销售账目清晰, 钱账相符;


  • 对新入职及在职的员工进行有关展厅产品的日常培训,帮助提高员工的专业技能。


岗位要求:

  • 大专以上学历;


  • 必须有至少2年以上建材行业展厅经理的工作经验;


  • 外资企业工作背景,进口瓷砖/卫浴产品/固体表面材料公司为佳;


  • 性格开朗,工作耐心细致, 有良好的人际沟通能力和客户服务意识;


  • 形象气质佳,有亲和力,诚实可靠,具有良好的职业素养和团队合作精神;


  • 较强的自我驱动力,善于学习,工作认真负责;


  • 英语口语及书面流利,会西班牙语者优先。


Job Description:


  • Responsible for all the daily shop management and sales work;


  • Supervise shop assistant’s daily disciplinary behavior including the arrangement of working shifts(lunch break,

morning/evening meeting and on duty during lunch break);


  • Rate shop assistants’ working performance according to their working attitude and sales performance, proceed the elimination;


  • Assist shop assistant to receive the visiting clients, correct their misconducts; arrange shop assistant to welcome the

clients professionally at the door and supervise them to use welcome courtesy words;

  • Work out sales plan in the light of compan’s pricing policy; collect competitor’s information, marketing sales

momentum; draw up the workable strategy and promotion plan in cooperation with Marketing Department, and

implement it with the approval from the line manager;

  • Strictly follow company’s pricing policy, and proceed price adjustment with line manager’s approval in special

situation; timely change the sales price tags in accordance with company’s policy;


  • Safety mamagement, supervision on entrance doors & windows, electric appliances and other equipments etc. to

ensure of the normal operation as well as the elimination of the potential risks.


  • Maintain the products display effect and keep the showroom clean and nice;

  • Normal reconcilation with Finance Department to ensure of clear accounts and the coincidence of money and

account;

  • Provide the on job training for new hire and employed staffs to improve their professional skills.


Job Responsibility:


  • College degree or above;


  • More than 2 years working experiences as a shop manager in building & archetechture material area;


  • Foreign owned enterprises background with imported ceramic tiles/ sanitary wares/ solid surface is preferred;


  • Open minded, careful and patient on work, with good communication skills and clients’ service awareness;


  • Good appearance and easy going, honest and reliable with good professional quality and team work spirit.


  • Self motivated and quick learner, responsible for work;


  • Fluent oral & written English, good command of Spanish is an advantage.


工作时间9:00-18:30(轮班制)每周安排两天休息(具体工作时间将根据实际情况调整)

Working time: 09:00-18:30(Alternating shifts)Two days off-work per week(according to the acutal working schedule)
