岗位描述:

• 发掘安全和隐私保护对于阿里巴巴集团人工智能和大数据业务的潜在价值,领导(或协助)需求分析,并且制定解决方案。
• 跟进学术界和工业界对人工智能算法和芯片的发展,分析人工智能面临的攻击和隐私泄露,并从算法、软件、体系结构、电路设计等层面寻求解决方案。
• 设计针对不同应用场景的可信计算平台,比如基于NPU的云端推理/训练,物联网SoC。
• Explore the potential value of AI security and privacy protection to Alibaba business. Define, analyze and solve problems through collaboration with other teams.
• Keep updated with the development of AI algorithms and AI chips. Understand attacks and privacy risks of AI and AI chips, and seek solutions from perspectives of algorithm, software, computer architecture, and circuit design.
• Design trust computing schemes based on specific scenarios, such as cloud-based neural network inference/training and IoT SoC.

岗位要求:

• 电气工程,计算机科学或相关学科的博士或硕士学位,有相关行业从业经历者优先。
• 有扎实的与安全相关的研究背景,比如硬件/软件安全,AI安全,隐私保护。有在一类会议/期刊发表文章者优先。
• 有以下背景和经验者优先

– 有设计安全处理器的工程经验
– 熟悉TEE,或有开发经验(比如 SGX, TrustZone)
– 熟悉安全多方计算,同态加密等密码学领域

• 有出色的中英文书面和口头沟通能力,擅于团队合作,或有领导团队/项目的能力。
• Ph.D. or M.S. degree in EE, CS, or related disciplines. Prior industry experience preferred but not required.
• Solid research background in HW/SW security, secure AI and/or privacy-preserving AI. Publications in first-tier journals/conferences are a plus.
• The following skills/experience are preferred

– Industrial experience of secure processor design
– Development based on Trusted Execution Environment (e.g., SGX, TrustZone)
– Background in Cryptography, Multi-party Computation, Homomorphic Encryption, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Teamwork and/or leadership.
