• Prepare the online payment request
• Make the bank account related entries in SAP for both in and out.
• Clearing the open items in SAP for payment and receiving
• Send the monthly account receivable account statement to customers
• Prepare the documents for foreign exchange payment
• Tracking the receiving and payment of the special off-shore trading bank account, and maintain appropriate balance.
• Prepare the monthly reconciliation
• Work as the key contact person with the banks and State Administration of Foreign Exchange
• Other finance job assigned by the Manager
