Job Duties
l Prepare recruitment advertisements and job posting in recruitment channels
l Assist supervisor in handling recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, collecting and giving feedback
l Prepare offers and pre-boarding of successful candidates
l Ensure background and reference checks are completed
l Meet and orient new employees on their onboarding day and distribute required documents and amenities to them according to policy
l Work on reporting M2 /M2A, Social Security Fund and Pension
l Assist in applying and renewing of work permit
l Assist employees on access to benefit and compensation plan information
l Coordinate with departments on employee work attendance status
l Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
l Coordinate workers' compensation claims, reporting, and record keeping
l Assist employee engagement activities, training and company events as needed
Job Requirements
l Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
l Well verse in employment ordinance, scheme ordinance and other relative regulatory practices is preferable
l Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
l Proficiency in MS office word, excel, access & Chinese word processing
l Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, well organized and self-motivated
l Candidate with more experience will be considered as Executive position
l Immediate Available is preferable
