工作职责：

1.Lead Resin & Non-Metallic Supplier Quality Assurance Team in effective value-creation activities and establish expectations that aligns with overall Global Supplier Quality and Procurement Vision & Mission.

2.Assure appropriate Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations for each Supplier Quality Engineers are defined and required one-on-one meetings are executed timely.

3.Facilitate and lead discussions with suppliers during plant level Business Performance Reviews.

4.Analyze & report performance of regional suppliers using SAP data and work with Suppliers to improve their performance. Contribute to supplier performance monitoring performance evaluation.

5.Assist XXX plants in resolving process and quality issues which occur from Resin & Non-Metallic suppliers. Support and collaborate with the Global Resin & Non-Metallic Procurement and Material Science Engineering teams on requirements.

6.Advocate supplier process improvements and perform failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to assure supplier process related risks are identified and mitigated.

7.Lead suppliers on reducing the number and severity of supplier quality notifications and cost of poor quality. Lead the Resin & Non-Metallic SQE team on development of pro-active approaches and strategies to challenge suppliers towards improvements. Provide updates and reports to management on a timely basis including supplier performance data, analysis and recommendations.

8.Travel to the Resin & Non-Metallic component suppliers’ sites to support and/or conduct on-site Process Assessments and FMEA reviews towards supplier qualification to assure their conformance to standards, XXX and customer requirements (including XXX process change requirements, EH&S and Social Responsibility requirements) and their continual improvement towards best practices.

9.Strong support Lean Six Sigma supplier project in coordination with supplier development team. Maintain and support Quality Management System requirements through first and second party auditing, procedural development, including the interaction with XXX plants and suppliers on QMS.

10.Lead improvement activities with suppliers (including FMEA and Quality Alerts) to prevent pass-through defects from Resin & Non-Metallic suppliers.

11.Support XXX Operations and Engineering on data analysis and provide feasibility resolutions to new products and processes. Collaborate with New Product Development Teams, Sourcing Engineers and Advance Quality Planning Engineers on new product activities to assure flawless launch.

12.Lead / support XXX Plant Supplier Quality on major quality containment issues involving multiple XXX sites

13.Interface with customers as required to address quality issues related to supplier products and complete quality notifications as assigned. Timely response to customer

issues by deploying appropriate containment actions and / or corrective actions. Monitor supplier 8D responses for effectiveness.

14.Coach SQE team on facilitation, discussions and coordination of post meeting follow-up with suppliers, on supplier Business Performance Reviews
