1、Responsible for the whole routine nursing works in Inpatient ，and report to CNO；
2、Follow up and supervise all inpatient department works andassist the basic nursing work to ensure the quality of nursing care inInpatient ；
3、Participate in every phase of administration in Inpatient and nursing department, take charge of the hiring、 training、assessment、practice/training 、nursing education and scheduling about whole nursesin Inpatient department with CNO and other head nurses；
4、Establish and improve standards and relevant policies of care inInpatient with other collegues, and put it into practiceproperly to improve the quality of nursing work;
5、Make plans to comply with the needs of Inpatient and makecontributions to the department growth;
6、Maintain instrument and medical equipment functioning and ensure allnurses in Inpatient & ICU department implement safety practice oneach nursing work, and have quick and efficient response to unusualissues;
7、Be ready for inpatient care and ensure Inpatient is wellprepared for patients at any time to ensure the carrying out of theoperations;
8、Lead nurses to meet the reasonable requirements of patients and theirfamilies as far as possible and ensure that the Inpatient department can be recognized by hospitalized patients;
9、Complete other tasks assigned by the CNO.
Job qualification/任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree or above in nursing or management field, licensingneeded - Registered nurse in China；
2、More than 10 years Inpatient experience，and more than 5yearsInpatient management experience ,work in a third-gradecomprehensive hospital/work aboard;
3、Have skilled Inpatient knowledge and other professionalknowledge, familiar with the hospital process and other relatedbusiness;
4、Strong communication and coordination skills, organization andleadership skills, comprehensive analysis and judgment and communicationskills;
5、With application knowledge of computers and other office equipment;
6、Understand Inpatient English professional knowledge, havegood English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability;
