Seeking an experienced business development manager with extensive network and experience in online payment industry or streaming/social media/gaming/O2O industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for global strategic account development and management on behalf of Ant International’s business globally.
• Understand the overseas JV wallets’ strategies and targets, identify desired external resources and use cases that can add value to the users and drive growth.
• Initiate, develop and maintain relationship with strategic key account merchants from Headquarter level, be able to think out of the box when structuring the model of partnership.
• Locate the key decision maker in the key accounts, negotiate commercial terms to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stake holders and local wallets to execute the commercial contracts.
• Monitor the result derived from the strategic partnerships and make necessary adjustment to improve.

岗位描述:
对接国际外部合作机构(商户,钱包,FI机构),推进线上支付产品深度合作,设计产品集成方案,沉淀合作模式,优化方案,保障端到端产品体验。

岗位要求:
1、产品工作经验7年或以上,有支付产品经验以及线上线下零售行业相关经验(需5年以上),有大客户跨境支付或银行支付产品经验。
2、熟练的英语口语和书面沟通及跨区域客户沟通经验和能力
2、深度客户价值挖据和理解能力和方案设计融合能力。
3、有较强的商业sence和业务逻辑分析能力;有形成自己较为成熟的方法论
4、有良好的全局观念,思路清晰敏捷,沟通协调能力、决断能力强;
5、乐观皮实,能在面临较多不确定性和变化的环境中,始终保持工作激情和责任心
