岗位职责:根据客户需求,结合日日煮资源,高效地策划出内容定制方案。1. 分析行业动态,在未知模式中提出创意想法。2. 根据不同策划主题、不同品牌需求、不同行业类别,制作出具有创意的策划全案。3. 具有强大的洞察能力,日日煮全新内容与市场全新营销策略,融为一体。4. 与公司的制作部、设计部、活动运营部、市场部紧密合作,整合各部门资源,为品牌客户提供全方位的策划服务内容与传播策略。5. 汇整内部团队、客户、外部团队资源,促进销售团队能很好地理解策划方案,将策划方案实施落地,6. 支持正在进行的跨部门团队执行项目。7. 为客户提供精准策划方案与创意,维护好客户关系。工作经验需求:1. 拥有为品牌量身定制的可证实落地策划方案。2. 拥有通过实施消费者洞察,实施策划方案的示范性实例。3. 具有将创意、媒体、公关、内部资源整合为一体的传播方案案例。工作时间与内容划分:85% 制作策划方案15% 培养沟通与领导能力A strategist first and foremost but will lead the content strategy on all the clients, developing engaging, effective, insight-driven campaigns across multiple social media and digital channels. · Develop digital & social initiatives at a marketing discipline agnostic level.· Plan, creative, structure and integrate of content strategies across multiple channels for a wide array of subject matters, brands and categories;· Develop strong insights based on deep universal truths;· Work closely with creatives, video producers, designers, to deliver best-in-class content for our clients and to place digital;· Inspire internal teams, clients and external teams with how digital and social media can be used creatively to bring ideas to life. Ensure that the client and client team have a sophisticated understanding of it;· Champion the on-going cross-agency team integrated planning process;· Manage solid client relationships and provide key strategic initiatives / thinking;Experience:· A proven track record of implementing holistic communications planning strategies across channels that brings the big idea to life;· Demonstrated examples of implementation of key consumer insights into the formulation of big ideas and digital/social media strategy, across all disciplines;· Experience with the integration of creative, digital and social media, PR and in store disciplines toward a singular strategic communications approach;Estimated division of time and resource:· 85% time on developing and overseeing strategic social/digital planning;· 15% time on developing thought leadership for the clients;
