• JIT and garment planning and scheduling, problem solving and coordination with vendor
• Goods receiving inspection and confirmation
• Customs related files application, e-book register and management etc,
• Support continuous improvement project, team efficiency and productivity improvement and continuous improvement with data support
• Aiding end-users in solving various problems and answer questions to different users
• Support on-site inventory management
• Support daily service inspection and irregular audit
• Support service issue reporting/communicating and resolving
• Support service daily operation management
• Documents management, SOP update, SPI, change management and follow-up etc,
• Be as the backup of team leader

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

• College diploma or above
• At least 3 years working experience of inventory management or logistics

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

• Strong interpersonal skills with good communication
• Customer focused
• Excellent Microsoft Office skill.
• High working efficiency and strong sense of responsibility

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)

Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.
