工作职责:

1.Responsibility for the whole Blaze ecosystem working correctly (i.e. Blaze code shows no compilation errors, coding standards are met, ongoing Blaze code optimization, all related web tools (e.g. simulation, FTT) are running correctly;

2.Managing life cycle of UW, scorecard and big data change (ARCH design/review ->development-> ->synchronization-> testing -> deployment) ;

3.Participating in testing of new UW system/Blaze features, managing of test Blaze environments, liaising with testers;

4.Coding of UW process risk simulation tool – new features coding, source code quality checking, ongoing bug fixing, maintaining documentation ;

5.Monitoring of UW process quality – e.g. set up a monitoring of abnormal cases (bombinbank, fantomas,..), ad- hoc analyses of UW process ;

6.Developing varieties of BLAZE development and vector analysis. For example, development over HADOOP platform, etc.

任职资格:

Education/Experience

1.University graduate, preferably with major in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer or Information Science;

2.Preferably having experience from IT sector, knowing basic perception of IT processes and rules;

3.Preferably having risk related knowledge or working experiences;

4.Preferably having loan approval process, decision management experience.

Required skills

1.Expertise in working with relational databases is a must – Oracle PL/SQL;

2.Hands-on knowledge of programming is a must – any programming language;

3.Knowledge of working with data mining software such as SAS, Matlab, SPSS is a plus;

4.Competitive skill of English writing and speaking;

5.Deep analytical thinking ability and passion for detail is a must;

6.Ownership in work is a must-have skill;

7.Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
