岗位职责:

• 保证生产设备的稳定性，确保产品品质

Ensure the stability of production equipment , ensure the product quality and yield.

• 领导并执行设备的维护活动,保证生产平稳运行,通过对机器的设置和改进, 保证生产设备的效率，确保生产指令及时完成.

Lead and carry out all Equipment Maintenance activities in his section to support smooth running, set-up and improvement jobs to ensure the efficiency of production equipment, ensure the production order finished just in time

• 制订设备备件、消耗品申购计划，确保设备的正常工作

Set up the acquisition plan for equipment spare parts, consumable parts, ensure normal operating of equipment

• 根据业务需要,分析设备状况，制订设备操作、保养流程，监测工具修改进展, 保证设备正常运作

According to business need, analyzing the status of equipment, set up operating process and preventive maintenance plan, monitor tooling modification progress, ensure the normal running of production

• 计划并安排新设备的设置,并跟踪评估该设备的性能

Plan and arrange new equipment set-up and trial run with advising on their performance

• 提供新设备/备件的采购规格/图纸

Advise the purchasing specification / drawings of new equipment / spare parts

• 对产线的操作员员和技术员提供并组织机器安装,维护和操作培训

Provide and organize training to production operators, mechanic, and technician on production equipment installation, maintenance and operation.

• 寻找并认证新的设备/备件,制定并执行降低维修成本计划

Source and qualify new equipment/spare parts, to define and implement the cost reduction plan for equipment maintenance

• 能够带领团对进行持续性改善.

Team work spirit.Can lead and drive a team to do continuously improvement in line to improve efficiency and reduce cost

• 鼓励员工提高他们的工作积极性

Appraise subordinates and work out their training plan against their gap needed to develop.


任职资格:

• 教育背景 Education Background

本科学历，机械/机电/电子专业
Bachelor degree, major in mechanical/mechanical-electrical/electronic

• 工作经验 Working Experience

4年以上自动化设备修理、维护、保养及管理工作经验，ISO及生产管理经验
More than 4 year working experience in automatic equipment maintenance and management ISO knowledge and production management experience

• 专业知识 Professional Skills

自动化设备维护经验，熟悉机械，电气控制
Automatic equipment maintenance experience, familiar with mechanical and electronic control

• 语言能力 Language Ability

英文听说读写良好，口语能基本沟通
Good oral & written English

• 其它 Others

良好的沟通组织能力，熟练使用常用的办公软件
Good communication and organizing ability, familiar with office sofware
