Responsibilities
Ø Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services;
Ø Develop and maintain relationships with local companies in Hospitality and Gaming Industry that can expand the loyalty program to premium clients;
Ø Build up collaborations with business partners, especially in luxurious products;
Ø Create business development and promotional strategies;
Ø Continue to enhance existing ways of improving business operations;
Ø Provide training to team members to strengthen their promotional skills;
Ø Provide periodic progress reports and ensure data is accurate;
Requirements
Ø University graduates or equivalent in Marketing or Business Studies;
Ø Passionate sales and business development professional with 4 years or more of relevant experience preferably in retail industry;
Ø Proven track record in generating new business and in exceeding sales targets
Ø Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions;
Ø Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese;
Ø Self-motivator who can work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills;
Ø Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business;
Ø Having a strong sense in Luxurious Brands;
Ø Candidates with more experience would be considered for Director position
