JOB Description:
Responsible for coordinating purchases of various products and services for the company. They order supplies, inventory, equipment, and services for all departments in the company. Also have to ensure that they are keeping costs under control while not sacrificing quality in the items and services they buy.
Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
Research potential vendors
Maintain good relationship with vendors
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Update internal databases (ERP) with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Mechanical Parts:
Full Knowledge of Mechanical Housing Parts, materials and molds, Aluminum, Steel, Stainless… etc.
CNC Processing, Punching, Die Casting, injection…etc.
All customized housings, metal and plastic processing, all things need to be processed. Heat sink. Lenses, Batteries, Customized machines
Requirements:
1. Colleage degree and above,major in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
2. At least 2 years experience in meterial purchase. Familiar with Mechanical parts.
3. Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
4. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
5. Knowledge of market research, solid organizational skills.
6. English: CET4 at least, excellent speaking, listening,reading &writing.
