Understands expectations of Client, responses to Clients' requirements

确保实际营运与合同条款一致。若有出入，需向地区总监汇报

Ensures the integrity of Sodexo brand and offers at site as defined by Food Offer Marketing department under BU requirements.

理解客户的期望，按照与客户协商的频率进行顾客调研，频率不得低于1 年2 次

Understands expectations of Customers and manages the customer survey at a frequency agreed with Client, with a

minimum target of 2 surveys per year

与业务发展人员充分沟通新营运点的开张事宜，并在合同开张一个月后和业务发展人员及客户召开分析总结会议

Fully communicates with BD for the opening of new site and sets up analysis meeting with BD and Client after one month operations

管理团队，帮助他们建立并发展服务精神，团队精神和进取精神

Manages his/her team and helps them to develop Service Spirit,Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress.

为部门经理设定目标，管理 目标完成情况并进行年度业绩评估

Sets up objectives for his/her UM/UC, and manages them to achieve the objectives. Makes yearly performance assessment for each UM/UC.

为完成公司目标，带领团队制定行动计划。如出现问题，施以警告

Guides his/her team to make action plan in order to achieve the company target, gives them warning in case of problem.

识别有潜质的员工，并向地区总监和人力资源部门推荐

Following RD & OHR plan, participates to induction and integration of new UM,

Identifies staff with talent, and then introduces them to RD & OHR.

根据合同条款，负责销售额，部门利润，客户帐期等预算目标的完成，负责新点的开张及其它索迪斯中国执行管理委员会可能为

区域经理制定的关键业绩指标。

Accountable for the achievement of the budgets in terms of Sales, FC, Client payments in line with contract terms, new site opening, and for other Key Performance Indicators that may be Sodexo Greater China Job Description 20 / 283

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历College degree or above

2、5 年以上的服务行业工作经验 5 years and above working experience in service industry

3、2 年以上经理级岗位管理经验 2 years and above working experience on manager position

4、 熟悉损益管理控制Familiar with managing profit & loss and controlling the levers of impact &risks

5、良好的服务和团队意识Good service and team spirit

6、较强的口头及书面沟通能力Strong communication skills both in oral and writing

7、多团队协调与管理能力 Strong management skills on multi-service teams

8、较强的分析总结能力 Ability to analyze and synthesize

9、解决问题的能力 Problem solving skills

10、熟练的电脑办公软件（Word，Excel）操作能力Solid computer skills (office software – word, excel)

11、外语沟通能力Communication ability in foreign languages

12、餐饮服务管理技能Managing skills in catering service（if have will be better)
