1. Such as coordination of administrative/departmental procedures, and distribution/collection of information
2. Assisting with documentation management, including scanning and uploading of documents to internal documentation systems
3. Diary management, room bookings and arranging teleconference facilities as required
4. Other duties or tasks that arise on a day-to-day basis l Provide administration support to MAnGA CGA team, including but not limited to:
5. Assisting with various business management related projects
6. Regular team meeting preparation & support
7. Keep contacts and client lists current
8. Provide other admin support (stationary ordering, meal coupon application, new staff on-boarding support, courier, etc.)
9. Establishing and maintaining open communication policies with peers and managers
10. Communicate with internal & external stakeholders effectively for the events arrangement and follow up, etc. l Finance Coordination
11. PR/PO/Payment application
12. Follow up the payment paid related to department activities
Associate’s degree (or equivalent) required and 3-5 years relevant work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Good organization skills, good written and verbal communication skills

? Understanding of global organizational structure
? Knowledge of Compliance protocol helpful
