丰富的VMware服务器虚拟化经验

中级到高级Linux经验

防火墙，VPN能力

为虚拟化和非虚拟化平台提供SAN存储支持

对RAID，FC，ISCSI等知识有深刻理解

交换路由知识(包括子网、VLAN、生成树等）

熟悉AD，exchange 2013以上版本, RADIUS等

必须具有如下WINDOWS 能力 ( Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

利用SNMP，syslog等手段进行系统监控

了解数据中心基础设施(线缆、电源等）

公有云平台经验加分

卓越的写作、沟通、分析和组织能力

高度关注细节

能够合理分配工作并确认优先级

具有紧迫感

3年以上IT相关工作经验

具有以下证书优先：

微软MCSE 或以上

VMware VCP或以上

Redhat linux RHCE 或以上

Cisco CCNA 或以上

安全相关认证

Responsibilities:

Working with internal and external customers

Configuration and troubleshooting of infrastructure networking

Assist with ITIL process management and support

Built and manage customer on premise servers and storage

Investigate infrastructure performance issues and create plans to resolve

Complete and maintain detailed documentation and diagrams of environment

Build and maintain highly available infrastructure and servers

Design, plan, and implement IT infrastructure projects

Qualifications

Extensive experience with VMware server virtualization

Intermediate to strong Linux experience

Firewall and VPN Experience (VIP, NAT, ACLs, VPN, IPSEC)

Experience with SAN storage supporting virtualized and non-virtualized infrastructures

Experience with RAID technology, storage adapters, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, and LUNs

Good understanding of network concepts, to include subnetting, VLANs, Spanning Tree, etc.

Good knowledge of Active Directory,Exchange 2013+, RADIUS, etc.

Experience with monitoring systems (SNMP, syslog, etc.)

Experience working in a data center environment (cable management, power, etc.)

Intermediate Windows skills (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

Public cloud administration experience a bonus

Excellent writing, speaking, analytical, and organizational skills

High level of attention to detail

Ability to manage a workload and prioritize

High sense of urgency

Ability to troubleshoot to root cause and resolve (Root Cause Analysis)

Security mindset; always act with security in mind

3+ years of progressive IT related experience

One or more of the follow certifications:

Microsoft MCSE or higher

VMware VCP or higher

Cisco CCNA or higher

Linux Related (RHCE, Linux+, etc.)

Security Related Certifications
