Posses Degree in Mechanical Electrical/Electronic/Automation Engineering.

At Least 3 years working experience in similar process/manufacturing.

Strong analytical skills

Good communication skill in Chinese and English.

Knowledge in ISO 9000, ISO14000 and other best practices is an added advantage.

• Develop new process parameter (key focus HT but not limited to others).

• To plan, organize and implement all new machine and process set up.

• Maintaining and improving tools;

• Setting up the machine parameters and debugging the machine;

• To plan, organize and implement all necessary testing to ensure the process and production is capable of meeting product specification.

• Establishing and keeping updated documents of manufacturing process;

• Training operator in process operations and machine operations;

• Develop Standard Operation Procedure and other relevent process and technical documents for production operation.

• To ensure that products is strictly manufactured according to products specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Solving problems happened in processes and machines;

• Making effective measures to reduce scrap, rework and down time;

• To continuous look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production by utilizing machine capacity and manpower in an optimum way.

• To work together with product engineering for new or improvment products/projects.

• To work together with maintenance team to carry out preventive maintenance to ensure machine donwtime is minimum.

• To ensure the production rework or reject is minimum.

• To assist superior in control the production cost.

• To lead and initiate process improvement activity, i.e Rapid Continous Improvement.

• To interact with other departments to achieve company objectives.

• To identification of environment Aspect and prevent pollution. To ensure safe work culture and environment when carry out the duties and compliance with all safety, health and environment rules and regulations.

• To carry out and ensure good housekeeping in working area. Other EHS and 6S issue.

• Other duties as required by superior from time to time.
