POSITION SUMMARY（职位概述）

Responsible for GL and costing including monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting requirement and ongoing finance support for other initiatives.

1. Costing

ü Coordinate and review annual re-costing process, e.g., standard cost set up and re-valuation review.

ü Review costing/inventory account in monthly closing to ensure accuracy, e.g., cost/inventory variance, stock reserve, etc.

ü Work with SSC to review freight and duty variance report and investigate any anomalies.

2. Other GL work

ü Prepare sales flash report, monthly financial statements in reporting tool for monthly closing.

ü Prepare and consolidate quarterly balance sheet comments and representation letter for Greater China entities.

ü Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for certain accounts to ensure accuracy and proper follow-up.

ü Communicate with Finance Partner, Supply Chain and Shared Service Center to ensure timely and accurate closing.

ü Prepare year end reporting package and submit to Greater Asia Finance.

ü Work with vendor to complete reports for other external requirement.

ü Prepare accounting treatment template for payroll related activities for SSC entry.

ü Review payroll request form and supporting documents submitted by HR, send to SSC-RTP team for processing.

ü In charge of cost center creation/change and GL account code extension

ü Support internal and external audits

ü Others assigned by Finance Department

1. 5 years experience in GL accounting and at least 5 years in cost accounting

2. Proficient in SAP software.

3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

4. Ability to work under pressure and experience in dealing with SSC

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Detail oriented
