Job Description:

1. Conduct factory technical visits to support company fit and maintain quality standards.

2. Strategically review with QA department in factory for quality problems and set corrective actions and follow up results.

3. Review suitability of garment placement regarding factory sewing capabilities / skills.

4. Systematically provide training in factories to increase & enhance apparel production team’s understanding and help the team execute right first time production.

5. On site checking for SMS.

6. Monitor line output and adherence to production plan and sew targets.

7. Familiar with Men’s and Women’s sportswear, life styles and performance.

Qualifications:

1. At least 10 years’ experience in garment manufacturing, quality control and production management.

2. Ideal candidate will have a garment manufacturer background.

3. Hands-on experience and involvement with factory management and quality / technical team / product development.

4. Strong knowledge in garment, good technical and quality control background.

5. Ability and willingness to travel frequently.

6. Fair verbal and written in English.

7. Candidate knowledge computer, worksheet is a plus advantage.

8. Proactive, able to work under pressure & strong solving problem skills.

9. Station in Dong Guan, reporting to General Manager.
