• Provide engineering support for all process to make sure production run smoothly. Closely worked with production to provide day-to-day support to address the process related issues on time.

• Conducted trials to evaluate new processes/equipment/material and etc.

• Skillful to use PE tools such as QC 7 tools/DOE/FEMA/6 Sigmato do problem root cause investigation, then define ruler as error proof / SPC/100% inspection to improve it.

• Response for process control improving &scrap reduction, know how to use VSM/Lean to investigate the opportunities for continuously improving.

• Know Minitab to do data analysis/summary.

• Response for compilation of process documents including WI/PFEMA/Check list/Parameter table and etc.

• College degree or above, with at least 3 year’srelevant experience.

• High sense of responsibility and self-motivated,good communication and coordination skills.

• English: oral English (basic level)& written English; CET-4 is must.

• Good at summary/report draft.
