• Full-time University graduate, major in mechanical engineering or related engineering graduate.全日制大学学历，机械工程或相关类似专业

• 4+ years working experience in quality management, familiar with the ISO9001/TS16949 quality system. Supplier experience of General Motors, VW, SAIC, Toyota, Honda and etc. is preferential.4年以上质量管理经验，熟悉ISO9001/TS16949质量体系。有GM,VW,SAIC,TOYOTA,HONDA等整车厂下游厂家经验者尤佳

• Familiar with quality tools such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.。熟悉质量工具APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA等的使用

• Understanding use method of measuring instruments and equipment for plastic and metal parts, such as projectors or image measuring machine, tensile testing machine, temperature and humidity test chamber, high-low temperature test chamber, salt spray test machine and so on.熟悉使用五金及塑胶产品常用检测设备仪器，如：投影机，2.5次元，拉力计，温湿度仪，高低温测试机，盐雾测试机等

• Basic knowledge of plastics products, skillful at engineering drawings. 对塑胶产品有基础知识，对工程图纸非常熟悉

• With good team work and communication skills, able to withstand the strong pressure of work. 良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力，能在压力下工作

• Good Office software using and fluent in oral English.能熟练使用办公软件，英语要求能熟练交流

• Have quality work experience in OEM or T1 BOSCH/Conti no less than 2 years is preferred.

有对应主机厂SGM或者T1 BOSCH/Conti两年以上质量经验者优先

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

• To participate in the new project development, responsible for the preparation of test plans, PFMEA, control plans, inspection instruction file, track the development progress, review of key nodes involved in the project.参与新项目开发，负责准备测试计划，PFMEA，控制计划，检查指引文件等，跟踪项目开发进度，审核项目关键节点

• Be responsible for new development or validation of samples of engineering change projects, and prepare related reports. Design and verify production testing fixture and JIG.负责工程更改项目的新样品的开发与确认，相关报告的准备，工装夹具治具的设计确认等

• Summary PPAP documents and submit to the customer for approval and to track approval status. 准备PPAP文件，向客户提交批准申请，跟进批准进度

• Maintain good communication with the customer; general and deep understanding of customer requirements, timely resolution of customer complaints; prepare 8D reports and visit to customer if necessary.保持与客户良好沟通，全面深刻了解客户要求，及时处理客户投诉，8D 报告准备，有需要时拜访客户以寻求问题有效解决

• Preparing and updating of site inspection instructions, training inspectors, continue to improve and streamline the testing process.现场检查指引的准备与更新，培训检查员，持续提升及完善检查测试流程

• Participate in on-site analysis and handle of quality problem, statistical analysis of qualitative data and quality improvement projects.参与现场质量问题的分析解决，对质量数据及改善项目进行统计分析等

• Participate in supplier quality control and management for raw materials and outsourcing parts.对委外产品及材料的供应商的质量进行管理及控制

• Assist in quality and EHS system audit, process audits, product audits, submit reports on time.协助质量及EHS方面的系统审核，过程审核，产品审核等，准时提交相关报告
