Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, building and promoting BI platform.
• Working with IT / business teams to deliver SFDC/STS change requests. Leading commercial excellence projects, driving new salesforce module implementation cross functions/BUs. Facilitate communications and trainings to internal customers.
• Responding to ad-hoc analysis requests from cross functional teams.
• Responsible for regular system training to new users.
• Provide Q&A to system users.

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Working experience in Pharma. or medical device industry is a plus.
• Strong business sensitivity and with adequate IT application knowledge (Qlikview/DBA).
• Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical and qualitative information to non-technical people through interpersonal, and written channels.
• Shows integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing and challenging environment.
• Drive for results, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
• Teamwork spirit.
