ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the implementation and management of quality management system

• Maintain strict document control standards, quality records, and policy compliance

• Apply knowledge and appreciation of ISO9001:2008 Quality systems

• Collect appropriate data used to analyze the suitability and effectiveness of the QMS to a point where continual improvement can be effected
• 收集相应数据分析质量管理体系的适用性和有效性,实现可持续改进

• Provide resources necessary to implement, maintain and continually improve the QMS
• 为施行,维护和持续改进质量管理体系提供必要的资源

• Maintain and control measuring and test equipment
• 维护和控制测量和设备检测

• Control non-conforming products
• 控制不合格产品

• Manage and conduct internal audits
• 管理和实施内部审计

• Process corrective actions and preventative actions
• 程序纠正措施和预防措施

• Follow up on action items identified through on-site reviews and audits of operations and facilities
  

• 跟进行动项目通过现场评审和操作审计操作和设施

• Qualify suppliers and perform supplier surveys/audits
• 合格供应商和执行供应商调查/审计

• Work directly with engineering and support as needed for any prototype samples or products processed through the production floor
• 与工程合作，支持样品及试量产的工作。

• Coordinate engineering changes accordingly, enforcing affected tooling and product changes/improvements as needed
• 协调工程变更,加强受影响的工具和产品变化/改进

• Work through manufacturing issues, inspection criteria, audits and resolution of findings

• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices

• Perform other tasks assigned by Quality Manager or Program Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3 year experience in a quality position

• 至少从事质量相关3年工作经验

• Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 Quality Systems preferred
• 熟知ISO9001:2008质量体系优先选择
  

• Familiarity with electronics structure manufacturing/assembly, is a must
• 必须熟悉电子构造的生产和组装

• Having experience on supplier quality management is preferred.
• 有供应商质量管理经验者优先考虑。

• Having experience with NPI quality management is preferred.
• 有新产品导入阶段质量策划及管控经验者优先考虑。

• Knowledge of China local safety regulations, protocols, and procedures

· ·熟知中国本土安全法规、协议和程序

• Proficiency with 6σ quality tools including but not limited to: SPC creation and interpretation, RCA, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA.

· ·精通6σ质量工具, 包括但不限于: 程控创建和解释, RCA, FMEA, 控制计划, 卡帕。

• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 能熟练使用微软办公软件如word,Excel和PowerPoint

• Ability to travel if required
• 能够适应出差

• Fluent English

英文听说读写流利。
