Quality Manager-Emissions and Regulations

As a Quality Manager-Emissions and Regulations at Rolls Royce Power System, you will be responsible for follow up China regulations especially emissions, and interpret and evaluate impacts on company business, lead to achieve emission certification so that sales can be permitted, collaborate with functional teams to create emission compliance control process, and negotiate with authorities on behalf of company interests.

Key Accountabilities：

• Interpret emission legislation, and evaluate business impacts inside company.
• Lead certification project, and identify regulatory provisions to comply with.
• Coordinate to prepare and declare paperwork for certification or information disclosure.
• Arrange emission certification test by coordinating with authority externally, and teams internally.
• Basic capability of emission testing, calculation, principles.
• Define and create emission certification/compliance processes.
• Support sales, R&D, projects, as well as other functions on emission topics.
• Communication with corresponding emission authorities, on behalf of company interests.
• Any other assignment from time to time
  

Key Experiences and any Qualifications：

• Bachelor degree / diploma holder at least, or possess equivalent qualifications

• At least 7 years working experiences in regulations and certification in diesel engine. Experience in off-road diesel engine is preferred.

• Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office software.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good independent working ability.

• Good teamwork mentality
