Position Mission

• Sales and business development company solutions-portfolio on maintenance, engineering services and related products to achieve the Sales Order-In-Take objectives.
• Supports commercial activities and projects milestone achievement.
• Customer centricity activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify the Sales opportunities from customer’s needs, problems, difficulties, operations issues and then promote comprehensive company solutions/products in terms of Safety excellence, Operation Competitiveness, Expertise, and Efficiency of Operation.
• Well communication the opportunities with Head Office in China and Home Entity in Europe, to ensure correct convert the customer’s demands into our anticipate proposals.
• Collect the marketing information and provide necessary commercial information, competition analysis and pricing analysis based on different areas of business line.
• Coordinate our business line engineers to propose technical brick.
• Strongly support Home entity to prepare detailed commercial offer, to negotiate contract and contract implementation.
• Promote new solutions to the customers in relation to the owner department.
• Develop an extensive commercial network and participate related sales activities.
• Negotiation the general terms and conditions and turns the opportunities into contract
• Support and coordinate in the contract/project execution
• Contribute the customer mapping and strategy setup in order to better serve the customer and win more market share.

Education required

• Bachelor degree

Experience required

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales and Business development or nuclear related sales and engineering (Manager)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and Business development or nuclear related technical engineer (Engineer)

Qualifications required

• Good communication in English
• Enterprising, persevering and self-discipline.
• Team work spirit
• Self motivation and take proactive initiative.

Other requirements

• Technical background with a confirmed experience in nuclear maintenance or installation operations in nuclear island
