职位描述
1. Act as the administration role within PD operation. This role will involve daily admin functional tasks within team, taking care of departmental business as well Director calendar in charge
2. Planning and scheduling of meetings, meeting minutes taken
3. Travel arrangement e.g. flights/hotel/transportation .Stationary ordering /office facility support
4. On line system application for government/supplier etc. external visit
5. Support department all hands/town hall meeting
6. Department internal communication delivery
7. Daily administration work, such as update of the organization chart and holiday chart, organize and follow up team activities
任职条件
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. Fluent English
3. Strong communication skills computer skills
4. At least 4 days a week, prefer long-term(4-6 months)
