• Assist Sales (outdoor) in their day to day job activities:

• Costs negotiation and review : with network, local operation staff and local suppliers (co-loader)

• Quotations preparation, follow with clients and adjustment if needed + SOP, hand-over to ops

• Communication with clients: Quotation follow-up, shipment follow-up. Ultimately responsible to build-up a solid relationship and intimacy with client via day to day communication

• Assist sales person in developing business from existing clients: identification of new routes, submission of quotation, preparation of sales lead,

• Assist sales in organizing & securing appointments. Work on listing of supplier, internal/external sales lead

• Assist sales in preparation of sales reports and usage of Concerto

• Assist the sales in making phone calls to identify prospect and that they should have a role as inside sales to grow and develop existing customer.

职位要求：

• College Degree or above

• At least 1-2 year working experience in freight forwarding industry

• Mandarin and English language proficiency, Cantonese is preferred.

• Computer literate

• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
