Job description summary

We are looking for a competent Logistics and Administration Executive Assistant to oversee and facilitate the logistics operations of our company as well as assist with general company administrative tasks. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

A great asset for this position is the planning and sharp organizational skill to manage frequent tasks of importation of goods as well as our logistics partners, communication skills help a lot in the connection between the supply chain and the sales organization. The ideal candidate is also well-versed in supply management principles and practices, great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

Reporting to company general management, the goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency. Location is Shanghai.

Job duties:

  • Importation process from PO to custom clearance
  • Banking operations, payment reconciliations
  • HR administration support (coordination with HR service provider, working permit, visa)
  • Invoicing (fapiao)
  • payments collection from key accounts (e.g. hotels, restaurants)
  • company administration (business licenses, accounting coordination, facility management).

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience with office automation tools
  • Familiar with ERP systems
  • Fluent in English (CET5 or above); native Chinese is preferred.
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in analogous positions or responsibilities.
