光学工程师 (无源)

Responsibilities：

1. Owner for Passive optical (VOA) and package (integration) design.

2. Coordinate functional engineers to resolve material / process / test / yield / FA issues.

3. Deliver product BOM.

4. Closely monitoring sample build progress and get data reviewed.

5. Provide proposals for continuous cost reduction after mass production until EOL.

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or above in science or engineering, major in Optical is plus. / 硕士以上学历，理工专业，光学专业优先。

2. With working experiences in optical communication industry is plus. / 有光通讯领域工作经历优先。

3. Understanding basic functions of PLC elements – splitter, AWG, VOA, tap etc. / 熟悉PLC原理。

4. Skilled in data analysis (Excel, JMP). / 会数据分析。

5. Good oral and written English skills. / 英语口语和书面良好.
