Job Description

1. Establish and improve the supplier quality status tracking & evaluation system;

2. To evaluate suppliers' process control to ensure that the supplier have enough capability to meet our product requirements, reliable quality checkpoints to control suppliers' outgoing quality;

3. Analyze and solve all issues about incoming quality or manufacturing process found in our production site quickly, so that our assemly lines run smoothly

4. Keep tracking on the supplier corrective & preventive measures, evaluate effectiveness of the action;

5. Design and make some fixture or tooling for assembly line

6. Identify and address the material quality issues or assembly process issues to promote quality pass rate

7.Collect relevant material quality information, report supplier quality status monthly, process supplier quality feedback information;

8. Assist our purchasing personnel, give some effective Suggestions from the aspects of promoting supplier quality assurance ability.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree, Engineering professional (master the basic knowledge of quality control and manufacturing process improvement),

2. Familiar with factory production operation.

3. Familiar with industrial products(such as optics products), their manufacturing and process control.

4 .Good quality consciousness,and be familiar with quality system audit,know well quality management system

5.Rich on-site qualityand process control management experience, familiar with quality analysis and mangement tooling.

6. Good English & computer skilled.

7. Five years or above experience in quality assurance or manufacturing process control field, experience in QC/QE or ME/PE, and it will be great if having some optical products experience.
