Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with HCC marketplace team to develop HCC marketplace promotion plans;
2.Develop HCC marketplace coupon system and strategy and optimization mechanism;
3.HCC marketplace coupon promotion budget management;
4.Work closely with content platform team to generate good creatives and copywriting form HCC marketplace promotion and campaigns;
5.Support on agile transformation of some particular projects.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, E-commerce, management or related majors;
2.At least 3 years working experience on E-commerce or marketing; Qudian, FenQuile, MUFS, MSFC, JD, Tmall background preferred;
3.Solid experience on Ecommerce promotions;
4.Strong marketing sense and deep understanding on consumer behavior;
5.Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin;
6.Sensitive on China Ecommerce trend;
7.Good coordination and negotiation ability;
8.Knowledge and experience on Agile mode.
