职位描述:

1. 具有工业或生产型企业（非标设备）采购或供应商开发8年以上的工作经验；

2. 能看懂机械图纸、流体和气动图纸并能找出问题和具备解决问题的能力；

3. 建立并完善公司采购制度，根据生产要求制订采购计划；

4. 负责供应商管理，包括新供应商的开发和现有供应商的维护；搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估供应商信息；

5. 负责采购成本的合理控制以及对供应商的发票及付款管理；

6. 负责与供应商之间退货等沟通工作；

7. 其它总经理交代的事务。

岗位要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，机械、电气自动化类相关专业毕业；

2. 熟悉生产型企业采购流程，具有8年及以上机械、电气采购经验；

3. 工作认真细致、为人诚实，具有良好的职业操守和职业素养；

4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能承受工作压力；

5. 能熟练使用MS-office/Auto CAD/ K3 ERP系统；

6. 英语听说写流利；

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. With 8 years purchasing or sourcing working experience in industrial or manufacturing company(nonstandard equipment).

2. Be able to interpret mechanical drawings as well as fluidic and pneumatic drawings to demonstrate problems and with solving capability.

3. Set up and optimize the company purchasing system, work out purchasing plan according to the production.

4. Responsible managment of suppliers, including developing new suppliers and maintain current suppliers. Searching/analyzing/gathering and i***estigating the information of the suppliers.

5. Responsible reasonably to control purchasing cost and manage the i***oice and payment of the suppliers.

6. Communicating with the suppliers for the goods to be returned.

7. Other tasks assigned by the GM.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. University degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering/Electric or relevant.

2. Familiar with manufacturing purchasing process, with 8 years or above working experience in mechanical or electric industrial field.

3. Working carefully and be honest, with good professional ethics and professional quality.

4. With good communication skills and teamwork spirit, be able to work under pressure.

5. Familiar with MS office/Auto CAD/ERP K3.

6. Fluent English speaking and writing.
