Job Description
Shipping Assistant - Internship
This is a 6 months short term role and help with daily operation of incoming shipping/outgoing goods and related affairs at the Intralox China Assembly Plant.
Job Responsibilities:
? Daily filing of orders for China, and clearance of related documents
? Handling of import shipments
? Backup clearance of orders to China market, booking truck for delivery
? Point of contact for customer service China for checking the status of orders for the China market and tracking the delivery after shipping
?Hand in any related docs to Customs officers
Your Profile:
? College student or who’re looking for a 6 months short term employment;
? Workable English writing and speaking skills;
? Good at MS Office applications (excel, power point, etc);
? Good communication skills with pleasant personality;
The position is based in the Shanghai Waigaiqiao Assembly Plant and reports to Material Management Supervisor China. Interested candidates should send a short summary of related work experience and motivation to the HR department.
