• To audit all the raw materials, work in progress materials, finished products utilization are properly identified, stored and recorded. Any shortage, losses, and abnomality to be reported to immediate superior immediately.

• To plan, organize and work together with product engineering and all related parties for new or improvment products/projects.

• To plan, organize and implement training programs and activities for employee or subordinate.

• To work together with QA department and customer for all product quality issue trouble shooting and to come out or to carry out the corrective and preventive measures.

• Managing the manufacturing team to align with company goal and approach final target

• To be responsible for manufacturing team managing / routing job/project management /new products launch/existing process improvement

Process（for lift assembly line ）:

• To be responsible for lift assembly line as below , and lead manufacturing team for all others area

• Process capability analysis, continuous process improvement and optimization, make line with min WIP & production efficiency reach Max.

• Measurement C/T of each station, and work-out manufacture system for operation,

• Quality control for all process with QE focus on FPY, Make sure the passed components can move to next step.

• Can work out the process cost, such as equipment, fixture, wire, tools and so on so that can makes the cost can be easy controlled during the process & can make the SOP.

• Be responsible for machine downtime analysis and optimize equipment to reduce downtime, so that can support production efficiency improvement.

• To plan, organizce and implement training programs and activities for production operators.

• To work together with R&D engieering for new or improvment products/projects for new project development.

• Do RCI activities on production lines.

• Other duties as required by superior from time to time.

• Participate in teamwork and work on special projects as required.

• Optimize production process to enhance the productivity of the production.

• To interact with other departments to achieve company objectives.

  Project, manage manufacturing team and responsible own area for below

• Work with the R&D for transferring projects to KUNSHAN successfully.

• Locallize the import components for project cost reduction.

• Work on the new project: costing analysis & BOM setting, fixture building, training the operators Support for prototype and field test prepare & process the PCN for production changes.

• Can work with production people on the new products samples.

• Do product quality improve projects, to optimize products’ quality

• Can training new people from relevant departments.

• Can lead the RCI events at some familiar area.

• Participate in teamwork and work on special projects as required.

• To continuous look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production.

• Tointeract with other departments to achieve company objectives.

• Other duties as required by superior from time to time.

  Training & Service, lead manufacturing team and responsible for own area as below :

• Well knowing all related products can apply the training for the outside coming visits;

• Know Companny policy & traning process well can apply training for our new operators.

• Can well support service team on product technical issues.

• Can help service team to solve problem at customer's site.

• Can support service team on spare parts issues.

• Can work on the annual out show samples.

• Can lead the RCI events at some familiar area.

• Other duties as required by superior from time to time.

• Participate in teamwork and work on special projects as required.

• To continuous look into ways to enhance the productivity of the production.

• To interact with other departments to achieve company objectives.
