职位描述

1. Develop CF protocol and content together with Sr. Clinical Facilitator manager and brand teams, with inputs from medical team and KOLs when necessary

2. Analyze account and customer, understand CF needs and develop CF plan together with sales colleagues and medical colleagues

3. The position provides CF mainly to Innovation center visitors focus on Juvederm, Botox and Coolscupting, to ensure they are competent and confident to use Juvederm, Botox and Coolscupting products.

4. Buddy with CF specialist as coach to speed up capability development

5. Provide CF trainings to visitors together with training colleagues

任职条件

1. Education and Experience:

Bachelor degree, must with nursing license

2. Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials):

At least 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical & device industry, preferably in medical aesthetics, and /or fields related to training
