职位描述 Job Descriptions:

? Obtain product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies

? Develop domestic and international sales volume by establishing sales policy, objectives, pricing and discounts; establishing territories; assigning quotes; maintaining dealer network; negotiating key contracts

? Develops and maintains customer database, generates and qualifies leads

? Coordinate interdepartmental activities to serve customer needs, solve technical, quality and commercial requirements

? Provide recommendations to Sales and Marketing head to improve business activity and increase market share

? Negotiates with dealers and customers, developing sales proposals

? Provide a quarterly report on China industrial trend in the metal working business, a monthly report on all activities performed during the month.

? Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation

? Convinces partners with a strong application background in the metal cutting industry.

? Monitors competitors, market conditions and product development

? Works with company new product development team to help define and ensure customer requirements are being met.

? Provides voice of customer (VOC) feedback.

? Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, promotions, trade fairs etc.,

任职资格 Qualifications Required:

? Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

? 5 - 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing

? Experience from a machine application technology

? English,German speaking will be an added advantage

? Strong negotiation skills with a passion for selling

? Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication and presentation skills

? Determined to work independently with high resilience

? Excellent attention to detail, result oriented

? Strong customer service focus with expertise techno-commercial know-how

? Expertise in manufacturing process of machine tool industry on CNC machines

? Operational knowledge of MS Office

? Demonstrated skill in design of experiments, data capture, data analysis using statistical tools and extraction of key knowledge from analysis

? Ability to function in a matrixed organisation

? High willingness to travel (>50%)
