Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting (50% to total workload): to co-ordinate among the team andmake regular reporting for management, such as MIS, BL, special orders (pre-order), latedelivery alarm, etc...

? Manage & execute logistics globally and locally for all commodities inbound and outboundwithin the following metrics: budget / schedule / costs / risks, which incl:

? To review contractual conditions and Order Summary for each individual orders;

? To maintain orders in the BPCS, incl. order entry, costs booking, closing, adjustment, etc.

? To review suppliers’ OA against the OS requirement;

? Shipment co-ordination, customs clearance review & inland delivery review ;

? To ensure timely delivery as per OS request with monitoring and controlling logistics costs, esp.for CMP orders;

? Support other logistics related activities of the Company, like CMP, special projects, SRM, etc,

? Train new comers and guide team members fervidly in the daily work;

? Maintain good communication with relative Super Segment Supervisor to achieve collectiveresults for SSD as well as among the team members;

? Advise the sales staff esp. in the respective of logistics arrangements for special projects,business guideline on L/C, BG etc.

? Manage 3rd logistics providers in an effective and efficient manner ensuring set KPIs are metand reduced cycle time for imp/exp is reached;
