Drive SCM transformation for supporting McDonald's China growth, promoting McDonald's Supply Chain knowledge and develop McDonald's system Food Safety & Sustainability leaders to expedite the China growth and enhance brand power.
协助搭建麦当劳供应链大学学习平台, 执行供应链大学线上和线下培训计划,支持供应链系统有充足且训练有素的人员储备,以满足业务快速发展。
Assist in building up Supply Chain University e learning platform, training plan execution (online and offline), support the supply chain system has adequate and well trained talents to meet the business development needs.
随时掌握内外部学员的学习和发展的需求,评估学习进度和考试成绩,并提出建设性改进计划,跟进行动计划的制定并追踪实施结果。
Understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders, evaluation of the learning progress and testing scores, provide constructive improvement plan to line manager, follow up the improvement plan and track implementation results.

Training 培训
§ 协助策划和搭建麦当劳供应链大学电子学习平台架构(食品大使模块), 协助制定和落实食品大使培训模块战略目标及计划,满足业务发展需求。
§ Assist in building up Supply Chain University e training platform (Food Ambassador Module), and related online and offline training course implementation, to meet business needs.
§ 负责组织协调内外部受训人员参加麦当劳供应链大学的线上和线下培训课程,提供行政协助支持整个培训, 主要内外部客户包括内部员工,外部供应商, 外部培训机构和内部管理层(如有需要)。
§ Responsible for organizing and coordinating internal and external trainees to participate in online and offline training courses at McDonald's Supply Chain University, providing administrative assistance to support the entire training, including internal staff, suppliers, training institutions and management (if necessary).
§ 掌握人员培训和发展的机会点,提出建设性改进建议和方案,并跟进行动计划的落地并追踪实施结果。
§ Grasp the opportunities of personnel training and development, provide constructive suggestions for continuous improvement, and follow up the landing of action plan and tracking implementation results.
Learning 学习
§ 与内外部培训机构合作,对培训课程内容进行二次开发与优化,确保培训课程能与供应链业务目标紧密联结。
§ Cooperate with internal and external training institutions to develop and optimize the content of training courses to ensure that training courses can be linked with supply chain objectives.
§ 监督课程按时上线和课件及时更新升级,以课程结果支持业务绩效为课程成功的目标。
§ Supervise the online course and upgrade the courseware on time, and take the results of the training course to support the business performance as the goal of the success.
§ 保持自我学习的能力,以培训结果为导向,主动承担相关培训模块更新的职责和义务。
Maintain the ability of self-learning, take the training results as the guidance, and take the initiative to undertake the responsibility of updating the relevant training modules.
Development 发展
§ 负责实施供应链人才培养与发展战略计划;
§ Responsible for implementing the strategic plan of talent development in Supply Chain.
§ 推进供应商人才梯队搭建及继任者计划,确保充足的人才储备以支持供应链业务发展;
§ Promote the establishment of supplier talent pool and successor plan to ensure adequate talent reserve to support the development of supply chain business。
§ 为供应链人才发展提供建设性的建议和反馈。
Provide constructive suggestions and feedback for talent development in supply chain.

§ Provide assistance, consultation and other resources to train high potential talents for key supplier’s supply chain system.
Relations 工作关系
§ 和所有麦当劳体系中的人员以及供应商伙伴保持联络,通过合作达成PTW所期望达到的业务结果
§ Keep in touch with all McDonald's stakeholders and supplier partners to achieve the desired business results of PTW through cooperation.
§ 了解大家对培训的需求,积极配合,提供有价值的解决方案给需求方。
§ Understand SC training needs, actively cooperate, and provide valuable solutions to the system.
§ 与管理层保持良好沟通,明确组织和系统对供应链大学的期望和要求。
§ Maintain good communication with management and clarify the expectations and requirements of the organization for SCU.
Qualifications (success profile): 任职资格
Job related experience: 相关工作经验
§ 具备麦当劳系统相关知识和经验,有营运经验为加分项
§ Knowledge and experience of McDonald's system, store operation experience is a plus.
§ 优秀的沟通能力,具备较强的感染力
§ Excellent communication skills and influence
§ 有极强的意愿从事培训相关工作
§ Strong willingness to engage in training related work
§ 有较强的工作责任心和上进心,能够承受一定的工作压力。
§ Having a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
§ 具备一定的法律知识, 文字表达能力和公文写作能力。
§ Having certain legal knowledge, good writing skills.
