Responsibilities:
1.Conduct on-site auditing according to requirement of e-commerce clients as well as review the auditing report. (45%)
2.Train new auditors to be qualified for the project and support project manager in technical issues. (20%)
3.Optimize new/existing e-commerce auditing service procedures as well as lead the auditor team to improve report quality & work efficiency. (15%)
4.Address issues related to the daily auditing and support back office CS to resolve quality related cases. (15%)
5.Perform other duties assigned by manager. (5%)
Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.At least 1-year quality management experience in manufactory
3.Relevant 2nd party auditing experience is plus
4.2-year experience in project management is plus
5.Knowledge in ISO9001 is seen as asset
6.Detail oriented, self-motivation, independent, strong team player and work under pressure
7.Good communication and interpersonal skills
8.Good computer skill: excel & word
9.Good command of English
10.Should be willing to travel based on project requirement
11.Could be onboard immediately is expected
