Role Purpose：

To improve H&S performance, and meet legal compliance and Corporate H&S requirement by professional H&S risk management.

Principal Accountabilities：

• Make site H&S comply with legal requirement
• Drive site H&S leadership on managers of whole business operations
• Lead H&S peer review preparation, and make site operation to meet global H&S procure.
• Establish, implement and maintain a site Health and safety procedures to achieve zero accident objective.
• Conducting hazard identification, and Task Risk Assessment (TaRA), and taking preventives action to eliminate or reduce risk.Conducting Management of Change (MoC)
• Conducting safety inspection/audit for unit and follow up relevant corrective action accordingly;
• Performing injury incident and near miss investigation, identity root cause, and take corrective actions.
• Developing and implement H&S procedures and PTW (permit to work) to manage risk at workplace.
• Developing H&S culture through safety committee, safety inspection and audit, Shift Safety talk (SST), training, hazard reporting, and campaigns.
• H&S system (Intelex) management.

Requirements：

College graduated, Engineering profession is preferred

Good communication skill

5 years above H&S working experience

Good written and oral English

Good command of MS office
