We are looking forward to a Channel Senior Sales Representative, Santak Oversea in Eaton’s ES APAC/DPQ, based in Shenzhen/Chengdu, China.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:
? 完成山特在海外地区销售目标,确保销售业绩的稳定增长。
? 建立和维护山特品牌在海外市场的影响力,提升山特在海外市场品牌美誉度。
? 推动和落实各种销售促销及市场推广活动地有效执行,对渠道或用户进行各类培训、开展交流活动, 提升海外渠道专业度、竞争力,吸引客户选用,从而实现扩大销售的目标。
? 搜集市场信息、客户及竞争者之相关资料,分析产业趋势、主要竞争者动态(含策略变化)等市场信
息,并制定应对策略及落实执行。
? 定期现场拜访和远程拜访(电话、微信等通讯方式)关键渠道、关键客户;招募渠道以推动海外国代
建构分销网络,以扩大山特在海外对应国家的市占率。
? 协助渠道开发行业客户,挖掘并参与赢得大单项目,以提升销售业绩。
? 推动海外渠道建立FCST销售业绩预测机制,确保预测的准确性。
? 上级交付的其他任务

Requirement:
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Engineering, Marketing or related field
? 2 years above channel management and 1 year sales projects management experiences in related industry, oversea sales experiences is preferred
? Prefer to understand products of UPS industry or IT industry
? Excellent interpersonal communication (written, verbal and presentation) and negotiation skills required, in addition to the ability to influence others to achieve results.
? Strong problem solving capabilities and the capacity to deal with multiple cultures and their respective requirements.
? Must be effective working in a matrix organization and coping with numerous tasks and priorities
? Mandarin and English language skills desirable
