Job Description
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but not limited to:
- Performing full reception function in a profession manner;
- Handling telephone calls and taking messages;
- Serving clients and visitors;
- Coordinating conference room booking;
- Handling courier, newspaper and letters;
- Ordering stationary, business cards and refreshments;
- Keeping stationary room and storage in order;
- Monitoring plants and fish tank in the office and coordinate with the vendors if necessary;
- Updating contact list and facebook in a timely manner;
- Updating work attendance file on a weekly basis;
- Making van reservation and transportation arrangement;
- Assisting in office administration; and
- Other ad hoc projects assigned.
Essential Job Requirements:
Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform this job
We are looking for candidates with:
- College graduate or equivalent educational background;
- Fluent oral and written English and native in Mandarin;
- Professional telephone and client greeting manner;
- Good organizational skills;
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools;
- Pleasant and helpful personality; and
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
