• Set up project work schedule.
• Complete power related system design during SD, and DD stages，including system single line, space planning, and BOD.
• Instruct electrical engineer to complete power related system design during CD stages，including system single line, floor plan, and coordination with related disciplines.
• Complete electrical calculations including load calculation, lighting level and so on.
• complete system analysis report
• Complete electrical design specification
• Coordinate with the client and the contractor, and deal with electrical change notice
• Complete related reports including site report, meeting minutes, and so on.
• Complete design drawing with AutoCAD or Revit
• Quality control

QUALIFICATIONS：

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
• No less than 10 years related experience
• Fluent written and oral in Chinese and English.
• Familiar with office software: Word, Excel, and so on
• Able to use AutoCAD, Revit will be asset.
• International project experience will be asset
• Experience in US projects, hospital, and data center projects is preferred
• Experience in CA and commonsioning is preferred
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communications and learning skills
• Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges
