月薪15,000 - 20,000元
、参与制定写字楼产品前期规划,定位及租赁策略,组织租赁工作开展及管理;
2、积极拓展客户资源,并与中介保持良好合作及互动,带好团队更好完成租赁工作目标负责定期进行周边市场调研,分析并预测写字楼租赁情况,负责制定写字楼租赁计划及策略,组织开展租赁工作;
3、负责各项营销推广活动的组织与实施工作,并规划月度工作计划。
4、有效控制风险 ,处理突发事件;监督服务水平,与租户建立并保持良好关系,保证项目租金收缴率和达成率;做好重点客户的关系管理,包括公共关系的管理;
5、项目日常运营管理,制定年度运营计划和年度运营方案,市场宣传策划的推广;建立并做好对外联络,负责项目重要业务谈判及合作事项的洽商;维护政府相关部门及社会各方的公共关系;
任职要求:
1、3年以上写字楼招商经验
2、有较强的口头表达能力和文字编辑能力;计算机OFFICE等办公软件操作熟练; 熟练运用CAD及各计算机工作软件(如Powerpoint, Word, Excel等);
