Assistant Export Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• As the first contacting point between GK and frontlines of different countries, be accountable for the export product management, sales support and other related activities.
• Combines customer / business / product understanding for designated export product range, lead the determination of the product characteristics and product changes
• Cooperate with R&D team to develop the product characteristics and implements new releases.
• Involved in preparing for the TP settings of the product range/portfolio
• Align with the global offering team in certain activities.
• Manages the overall export sales process between GK and different frontlines including pre-sales support, pricing process, tendering, order placement and delivery.
• Supports different frontlines in defining, specifying and communicating GK product benefits and advantages during prospecting and tendering.
• Actively support different frontlines to align with the defined strategy and support the sales activities on a daily basis.
• Maintains sales process & tendering tools and pricing guidelines

• Organizes product trainings for different frontlines, participates in customer presentations and events when needed.

• Propose business actions to further develop our position in different frontlines and markets based on the competitor information and other insights
• Support other ad-hoc internal project.

Requirements:

• Good business mindset in selling, marketing and customer relationship management

• Solid communication and presentation skill in coordinating activities in complex environment with different stakeholders.
• Good analytical capabilities, detail focus and stress tolerance.
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Mechanic or electric technology background is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in sales or sales support related functions, experience and knowledge in elevator industry is seen as a clear asset, but not a pre-requisite as industry can be learnt on-the-job.
