Job Purpose and Scope:

Mainly responsible for EHS working in production workplace

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist EHS Supervisor in implementing, maintaining and improving ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system.

2. MaintainISO14001&OHSAS18001 system related documents.

3. Monthly EHS laws and regulations collection and compliance assessment.

4. Chemical EHS related issues management.

5. EHS daily inspection, findings reporting and documentation, correction tracking in workplace.

6. Fire-fighting system maintenance, including replacement or new purchasing, pass annual inspection of the fire protection system in site.

7. PPE selection, purchasing, and its cost control.

8. EHS related training, such as orientation training for new employees, special types of operating training and other regular EHS training for employees.

9. Organization of occupational medical check-up, review the medical report and deal with abnormity staff.

10. Construction working (such as flare up, high working, temporary electricity) for approval. Temporary staff is handled and EHS managed.

11. Industrial hazardous waste legal treatment.

12. Other work assigned by EHS Supervisor.

Work Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years working experience in MNC, if has the EHS experience in Production workplace is preferred.

2. Knowledge of ISO14001&OHSAS18001.

3. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill, Problem solving ability, Self-starter, Results orientation

4. Can work independently.

5. Good English skill,both writing and oral

6. Good Microsoft skill

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in environmental engineering or safety engineering
