1. Collaborating with architects, electrical engineers and the rest of the project team to design HVAC system from schematic design to construction drawings.

2. Assist on construction support in resolving installation issues and coordination matters on site.

3. Attend project coordination meetings with end users, architects and structural engineers.

4. Assist on HVAC system commissioning.

5. Project management and coordination experience will be a PLUS.

6. 10 years + experience in HVAC, less experience will be considered for Project HVAC engineer.

7.HVAC engineer with 5 years site coordination and installation experience, additional design experience will be a plus.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

2. Previous experience with a consulting engineering or Local Design Institutes in Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare projects. Experience working with international consulting MEP engineering company will be a PLUS.

3. Over 10 years’ experience

4. LEED AP Accreditation will be a plus

5. Knowledge in local building and mechanical codes.

6. Computer background: MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit a plus. Experience with cooling loads analysis software, different systems comparison and its application.

7. Good communication and coordination skills with clients on projects.
