MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标

- Market/customer information collection.

- Assistant to complete related sales support work.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求
Education教育
- Bachelor Degree or Above
本科以上
Knowledge / Skills知识和技能
- Knowledge of economic contract, international trade and marketing and etc
经济合同、国际贸易、市场营销等相关知识
- Good organization and communication skill
良好的组织和沟通能力
- Good spoken and written English
良好的英语书面和口语表达能力
- Master Word,Excle,Adobe Photoshop, PPT
熟练使用计算机Word、Excel、Adobe Photoshop、PPT
- Have basic knowledge of machinery or capital equipment product/industry.
具备机械行业或资本性设备行业相关产品/行业的基础知识优先.
- Business analysis experience is preferred.
业务经营分析经验优先.
Specific Experience特殊经验
- Have above two-year experience of commercial and sales support.
商务、销售支持等方面工作经验3年以上
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任
- Make related sales report including order forecast, sales promote and etc and then file them with approval as required.
根据需要,出具和销售相关的报告,如订单预测、销售推进等,批准后留档;
- Regularly make business analysis including booking, revenue, backlog, CoS, GP, EBITA.
定期进行业务分析包括订单、销售收入、留存订单、销售成本、毛利、EBITA
- Update customer information and profile, sales agreement and materials to guarantee information in full, good and sustainability
客户档案、销售协议等资料的整理、归档,保证信息的完整、完好、连续性;
- Assist management to improve procedures and related rules to fully support sales.
协助主管完善部门规章制度和操作流程与规范,做好销售的后台支持;
- Managers assign other temporary work.
