Job Description

職責

  • 接聽及處理客戶之信用卡查詢及投訴
  • 處理客戶對信用卡交易紀錄之查詢
  • 處理及更新客戶資料
  • 協助市場部推廣及銷售信用卡產品

入職要求

  • 中五 / DSE或以上程度
  • 具2-3年客戶服務熱線相關工作經驗,具信用卡經驗者可獲優先考慮
  • 具良好溝通技巧及誠懇有禮
  • 懂操作微軟辦公室軟件
  • 需輪班工作
