We have offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. We employ a wonderful group of 35 employees and 100 contractors from many nationalities. We are known for our demanding and participative culture. Our clients are large organizations such as leading European carmakers, American health care providers or Asian maritime shipping lines. After 4 years of accompanying a major client into the Chinese market, we have been impressed with the quality of Chinese workers and have now decided to open an office in China to support our expanding business in East Asia, Australia, and China.

Due to our experience of doing business in Russia, we elected to settle in Heihe, Heilongjiang to take direct advantage of the new bridge to Blagoveshchensk. In this context, we will be publishing multiple new positions in the weeks ahead to form a long-term team to staff this very unique "dual-country" location. FIELD RESEARCH ASSISTANT or FIELD OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

This is a junior position with broad responsibilities. It is suitable for candidates with at least 3 years of experience, including in team leadership. Although we do not expect a perfect level of English from candidates, we are publishing the ad in English as it will be the main working language. Your organizing skills and experience in management are what matter most to us, and we will train you in market research.

Job description, tasks

• Assist in motivating and coaching our interviewers & translators
• Help plan the workload, data loading, deadlines, number of field contractors...
• Assist in managing market research and customer satisfaction projects through their life cycle
• Deliver expected quality within deadlines and budget
• Achieve strict KPI's in information gathering operations
• Travel to Europe, Asia, and the Americas may be required

Requirements

• Good English, written and spoken
• Ability to "think on your feet", be alert and proactive
• People management experience
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Quick decision making 50% of the time, deep thinking the other 50%
• Working in a team 50% of the time, working individually the other 50%
